At The Canfield Co, we believe in high quality for our products to ensure you receive the best. Everything we do is handcrafted, which means our products are unique and pattern placement/sizing may have differences.

 

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days before they are shipped.

If you are looking for rush shipping please contact us prior to placing your order so we can accommodate your request.

October-December is our "busy" season. We recommend allowing yourself an additional 5-7 days for production.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently only ship within the United States, but we are looking into international shipping.

Are Your Products Machine Washable?

Yes! Almost everything is machine washable and we recommend a cold delicate cycle followed by air drying and laying flat to reshape. Low warm iron if needed. A low tumble dry cycle may be used on some products. However, any item containing a leather tag should not be placed in the dryer. 

What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

We hope you love every product you receive, but if you're not 100% satisfied we are here to help! Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale. We will gladly accept the following:

Returns

  • Item is unused, in the original packaging, and same condition that you received it.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase is available.

Refunds

  • After inspected, we will send you an email notifying you if your return was accepted. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
